YOU GET THE CULTURE YOU DESERVE
I don’t know about you, but I didn’t find that the recent Australian Royal Commission into the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry shed much ‘new’ light on the scale of the board’s influence on corporate culture.
There’s a lot of content out there on their level of influence, and there have been cases before this Royal Commission where boards have failed in terms of setting and monitoring an ethical corporate culture.
But this got me thinking … what are the expected behaviours of a board who was passionate about about leading from their heart and putting people first.
Because there’s no denying that corporate culture is an area that the Board has influence over – but if you’re wondering how the board can make a positive impact on culture, then this week’s episode is for you?
